Firstly, you need to buy Bitcoin.
The easiest method is through Coinbase.
Once you have bitcoin, go to any large exchange (recommend going to poloniex) and buy ETC with bitcoin.
Might buy back in and see how it does. I got lucky and was on Polo the night of the release and bought in at .007 and sold at .045 two days later.
