if you're talking about hosting for more than two phantoms while still being able to invade dungeon, you don't have many options

you could make seperate characters for hosting & just playing the game like I did

So going by what Ludleth says when you return from Untended Graves with the Firekeeper's Eyes… Untended Graves is Firelink Shrine in the past, when nobody had linked the fire because the firekeeper at the time had gotten hold of the Firekeeper's Eyes and apparently killed herself in despair, so Ludleth took it upon him to link the fire himself at all costs to restore the light to the world (and hope to his firekeeper waifu)?

He certainly knows what the Firekeeper's Eyes show, and urges you at some point to treat the Firekeeper with respect because she bears a heavy burden too. He also talks of willing himself a Lord in order to create a vision of the future more hopeful than the one the eyes reveal. From all of this I gather that a Firekeeper in his lifetime saw the future and despaired, and he went to link the fire to change that future. The corpse in Untended Graves could well be that Firekeeper who inspired him.
