Shizune is pretty much spot on with her criticisms of Lilly. She selfish, and enables bad behavior in everyone around her under the guise of being a "Nice person".

True to some extent, but Shizune takes responsibility for the fact that she's expects too much from other people sometimes, and will pick up the slack herself. Lilly never takes responsibility for her shortcomings (Other than the one exception of giving Hisao good advice over the phone on Hanako's route).

Best dialogue at least. My warmest, fuzziest memories of KS are of the times I spent with Shizune and Misha in the student council room, arguing about stupid shit and competing to see who would get the best food. Just a fun route. I even liked the summer break at Jigoro's house, despite my distaste for Shizu's first h-scene.

Shizune is obviously the "canonical" route, and the game was likely designed around her route, with the other characters having their routes written later. Her positive flags take dominance over everyone except Lilly who shares a split-decision choice with Shizune when they feud. She also has the longest route from a chronological standpoint, and she's the only character that isn't paired with another character who has a playable route (Misha).

Nice headcanon, but it is wrong. The game is based on this picture and the goal was just to make good stories and treating disability in a good way.

Misha does make Shizune's route unique, but you can say that for all the routes: how easy it is to get to Emi, how many choices Rin's route has, the only post-credit scene is on Lilly's route.
