Focus on learning to dodge his scythe moves, the horizontal slice and the spin to be exact.

The phase 2 arrow barrage kills you right? You got to roll in a circle and time it right and remember aldritch can soul spear you while you are doing this

That or get equip load at 30% and fast roll so it can't catch you

Equip a magic stoneplate, eat a blue bug and remember it's weak to fire and lighting so any weapon that has these passive elements is good on top of buffing them with a resin and what not

Put your baby shield away and walk around to his tail. When he lifts up the staff get away. Ignore the fire on the ground. Always stay near his tail to avoid any random melee attacks.

During the first phase the arrows are a big cone that doesn't move. During the second just run around the room to avoid the arrow rain.
