hard to tell, looked it up myself, but only post on topic I found was from 2013 (said it's max 9 slots, 1800 GE). A lot could change since then. I don't see much use for this many, though. Even in AB, game must go horribly wrong for you to die 5 times in ~10 minutes long battle. And tanks AB has hard limit of 3 spawns.

A couple of days ago there was a "bug" that made it so that pillboxes had more "hitpoints" so Cannon Mosquitos were taking 2-3 shot to kill them, .50s and AN/M cannons were completely useless.
