Sniping in CSGO:
>Click anywhere except legs for easy frag
>Enemies move slow as fuck
>Can only possibly come from one place (inb4 runboosts, nobody does this)

there is some rng, but you can still get more consistent at it with time. there's not many tips you can give for bhop. you really just have to get a feel for it.

The comparison can't really be made since in TF2 you can spawn and are guaranteed to have a sniper no matter what. That and the fact that the games are completely different beasts.
Sure the skill floor for sniping in csgo is lower but it's a lot more risky in the long run and you can't always be guaranteed to have one (unless you're playing with a stack that wants you to always have an awp).
Either way a really good Sniper can shut down the server way harder than an AWPer can. He's pretty much the most powerful class tbqh.

Yep pretty much. When I go on the Nova games on my surf it's always 3 snipers or more on both teams. People even buy a scout even though they can afford an AK or a m4. It's a lot harder to burst and headshot someone with a rifle than to bodyshot with an awp. It's anoying that some people think the awp is the most skillful weapon of the game.

sens is a bad setting to mess around with, tinkering with crosshair is normal but your sensitivity should be consistent otherwise you're fucking up your muscle memory

I'm an excellent TF2 sniper (6000+ hours total, 2000 hours as sniper) but I suck playing CSGO with the AWP (4 hours)

In CSGO seeing an enemy means that either of you die, in TF2 being in line of sight just means that one is going to take damage that can be healed
