Rafaam is unironically a great card and what held him back in the old meta was the fast pace and 3 mana BGH. Now that the meta is slower and BGH is nerfed he is a great addition to many decks.

In the end all LoE legendaries turned out to be great.

of course, rafaam has always been the best lego, I was running him in my super effective ramp-witch deck, it was basically a free win.

Yes, but rogues are the closest class to wardens so they will use Maiev as a rogue. It's not the first time they do something like that, see Vol'jin as priest when he's a shadow hunter.

I don't think Maiev's that bad of a pick. She uses the skills, and goes stealth etc. Sure, she's not technically "Rogue: The Class". But she has the traits, and I don't think it's bad considering it's an alternative pick.

There aren't a huge plethora to choose from honestly. But Mathias Shaw would have been a great pick. He's the leader of the SI:7, Stormwinds spies and assassins.
