They're not really the same outside of both being rushdown. Their divekicks are both very functionally different and their mix-ups are also very functionally different for starters

Cammy divekick has a better hit/hurtbox and yun divekick can be spaced better thanks to different angles.
They are still used for same purposes.

No. Yuns divekick can be done from a neutral jump and it's angles are changed based on it's strength, this alone makes it completely different in functionality, nevermind all the meaty cross-up set-ups it can also do which Cammy's cannot.
