hello my friends. im playing geko and its fairly enjoyable. i attacked some weird little fort on an island and its a castle of mine now, apparently. will it get attacked by other kingdoms or is it a secret base? are the ikko ikki cool guys? what good companions should i be on the lookout for? which companions go well together? i picked up some ainu lady and some mongolian lady because they were the first 2 ppl i stumbled on and they dont seem to have any problems with each other and since theyre low level i can dump all sorts of int skills into them

it must get stuffy as hell wearing big armor in the desert. it sure is lucky that the game doesnt simulate needing to manage water supplies at all, or needing to manage shelter/clothing to adapt your men to hot, cold, or wet weather

this was actually a feature in some mods before a warband update broke the way modders were making shotguns

i liked the premise, but there never seemed to be big ass line battles in the mod back when i played, and the sieges were awful

I actually like the sieges. The biggest problem with the mod (besides being unfinished) is the inherent supremacy of cavalry. If you don't outnumber the cavalry significantly then you will be slaughtered and your lines will fall apart.

what's worse is the devs reason for not adding it, from the forums:
"I don't want to add it and that's all the reason you need."

I've never seen it, but I don't spend much time in the UK part of the map, maybe it's sold there. I think they stopped using nock guns before the war of the fifth coalition anyway, which is when the mod takes place.
