I think the most expensive things they have there are the softwares installed on their computers, and you can't exactly steal and resell those, you are better off stealing from a computer shop and filling a van with stuff rather than going for a smallish office where they have a bunch of possibly high end computers with dozens if not hundreds of dollars worth of unusable software on them.
