I'd rather make killing yamato quickly matter by removing or atleast increasing the run limit instead. Adding a nonsensical time limit isn't going to affect most runs in any way and will just piss people off when it does.

Failing just doesn't work for EQ style content in my opinion. The only type of EQ where it does work is something like mining base where you have multiple degrees of failure so to speak. I think trying to get as many runs as possible is a far more interesting challenge than something like the timer on Magatsu Sai.
