what's stopping you? there's an entire cold projectile cluster (flash freeze) near ranger start that seems to exist solely to support frost blades

My flicker strike build had 200k dps when trying frost blades, everything was just frozen, except cannot be frozen mod. Shit was fun, but one really needs to get used to fb if he wants to clear shit fast. Used that as swap skill for phys reflect or nemesis maps with dmg mods, cuz volatiles.

Man, I really like this game but the amount of information is overwhelming. I've already fooled around with a few builds (Groundslam Marauder and a Witch with Essence Drain and chaos damage shit, both builds labeled as for beginners in the forums) but I always have the feeling that I'm doing something badly. I've already watched videos about mechanics like vendor recipes and shit, and installed the neversink item filter, but idk what to do really.

Should I just create a character and do whatever fucking shit? I'm way too obsessed trying to search for the perfect build or something. And when i nguides they comment about getting specific pieces of gear with specific links and sockets idk how is that supposed to happen, I'm guessing trading or using the currency items to modify the sockets idk

It's kind of funny. Facebreakers used to be amazing for leveling. Even with legacy FBs in the current league they're considered slow for leveling. Hell, they're really only used for the crit multi these days. 'dat power creep though.
