His shurikens btfo people when aimed properly at close range and can be used to snipe shit like Hanzos or Widowmakers.
His dash is best used to move or when you ult because then kills refresh it.
Also if you jump into the middle of the enemy team and ult then you deserve to get wrecked you horrible shitter.
