At what point should I change the boots? I never considered doing that during the game.

Go safe lane or offlane if they have a weak carry+support combo, start with a wraith band safe lane and a PMS in the offlane, get treads and drums first if they have soft cc or you're dominating them go manta first if you're having a hard time go s&y. After that any other item is situational but always get a skadi other items you can get include (Butterfly Linkens BKB Crit MKB)

as far as skills you max E>Q>W taking R at every point you can.

In lane abuse your level 1 power if you have a cc support you can almost grantee first blood and even if you're offlane just meta and bully them off the creeps and secure a fast level 3.

Another tip if you're alone pushing a tower just meta and use a drums charge. Terrorblade is extremely fast at taking down towers and doing so will give your team a big advantage.

Any game that gets even remotely past 20 mins a tp scroll is worth way more than a wand.
Past 40 not having bots on a core is inexcusable.
