I've never played Overwatch but I have played other objective based shooters like this, especially APB and Wolfenstein: ET.
This goes away very rapidly as you play at higher levels to the point people don't even have to talk almost ever to coordinate things because everyone just knows. Assuming this has matchmaking that will very soon not be a problem if you're good yourself.
