This is my personal build with it. It hurts a lot but the UAC20 tends to jam a lot. A Small Laser/Pulse vomit would probably be better.

none of them are super strong so just go with whatever is fun for you
12-13 smalls.

2 lpl + 5 meds.
2 lpl + 6 smalls + 12 srms.
3 erppc.

If you're feeling crazy I sacrificed all my heatsinks and a CERML for SRM12. Probably would be a pretty good brawler but it's just a ghetto Atlas.

They do work very well so as long as you can exploit their range advantage over LPLs and only minimal exposure time. More aiming required for fast mechs, less aiming and thus less vulnerability against big mechs.

I've argued, discussed and agreed with some of their forum critters before in that their standard velocities should be closer to their current best quirked ones, with quirky mechs pushing them even further. Speed is the primary problem with PPCs and their damage vs heat ratio is a distant secondary. 1500-1600 m/s for a standard PPC would make them appear a lot more on other mechs than just the magic four. Or magic three, because who ever sees Vindicators around?

That's just completely wrong. At the beginning of the Joseon Dynasty in 1394, the capital was moved to Seoul, also known as Hanyang and later as Hanseong (한성, 漢城, "Fortress city [on] the Han [River]"), where it remained until the fall of the dynasty.
