Most anons are using the "CP" build, which basically turns Mag into a walking CP that strips armor away from enemies. For some reason they think this is worthwhile.

Because stripping armor is worthless when CP aura exists. "CP Mag" is essentially a buffer, except even worse than other buffers like Banshee, because Banshee isn't made completely irrelevant by CP aura.

A "solo" build is Chroma with S. Simulor who doesn't need to rely on teammates to do damage or even CC, or a Bastille Vauban who CCs everything, or Ivara who can literally solo intercepts easily.

How is it bad? Banshee's only claim to fame is buffing the damage of her team, and because she lacks survivability she depends on her team to survive. That's the exact opposite of "solo frame."
