Reposting, because I just solved literally all balance issues.

General changes:
>people can no longer see how much ultimate you have in kill cams
>everyone moves 1.25x as fast
>head hitboxes halved in size
>spawn distances on attack/defend maps equalized so no side is at an advantage or disadvantage based on spawn distance.

Pharah:
>Can now rocket jump as effectively as the soldier in tf2
>knock back bomb thing turned into a second jump, this time in whatever direction pharah is looking at, that deals massive knockback at the point on arrival.

Junkrat
>can now roll grenades by holding the LMB before shooting. Rolled mines explode when an enemy touches them, or more than 8 rolled mines are active on the battlefield.
>can now use grenades to jump as well as the concussion mine.

D.Va
>can use ultimate at any level of charge. 100% deals the same damage as normal, and damage scales down from there based on charge level when ultimate is used.
>human form gains the ability to sprint and wall run.

Mercy
>can now phase through walls by targeting a teammate and pressing shift

I was thinking of something like an Omnic worm thing that slithered everywhere and the ultimate had it transform into something that looked like general Grievous or some shit. Basically hide and ambush people all game then fuck everyone up in ultimate form.

I dominate low skill pubs with tracer as well. Once you get to an MMR bracket where people know how to aim, she loses a lot, and it becomes a much harder matchup against literally anyone with a hitscan weapon.

AGREED! Moving feels so fucking slow. It's like using Tf2's heavy, but every single character runs like him in overwatch and you rely on abilities to go faster, which have a cooldown
