That Frog armor in previous thread wasn't mine. Also that helmet, its on my list of WIPs to do for Fallout 4 hats, so I assume Vgu is doing more of their own stuff now.

if you put all 7 points gained from gifted into intelligence, that would get you +14 skill points from int, -5 from gifted, granting net +9 skill points per level
