Summer's Clover v1.2 is a playable extension of KS. It uses the same menus and UI, not just a text file. Written by Suriko, so there's a lot more authenticity than a fanfic.

And it is pretty bad. I can remember 2 times off my head that Miki starts a full-contact wrestling match with Hisao in public. Not in the cutesy-weak-girl way, but in the ripped-atheletic-brute-attacking-some-dude-over-the-last-snack-pack sort of way.

She constantly calls people "dude" and "prick" and "asshole" in one-word-replies like a guy would. It is jarring.
