You could try getting this top (drops from new experts) or use orthodox/dravanian for something skirt-ish, then go from there. They both look pretty good with the plain long skirt.

best you can get to my knowledge is the arachne top, but that's cloth armor. Outside of DRG armor, I can'r really think of light armor that exposes the belly, sadly.
