Magic is a mostly monster thing with a few human exceptions apparently. Soul power is something only humans have with their strong souls. The difference I assume is that magic lets you shoot fireballs and stuff but soulpower lets you walk right through them and slap the magic user in the face.

I assume the skeles reproduce the same way all monsters do. Whatever that is. Probably something magic and soul related.
