Cargo tech is a terrible job to learn ss13 from. Every new player is sent there and you all waddle around with no idea of what to do next at all. Do you get it? You're told to go there because it's low impact to the station as a whole and you're far out of the way of the valids and the serious players.

Play robotics, a lot of experianced players play research roles, and there's plenty to keep you occupied and it's not a high risk high demand job. You also get to learn about how items interact and context sensetive items, and everything you'd need is in a small lab and you can't get lost.
