I know it's easy to say Torbjorn is fine cuz really good players can easily handle them, but this game isn't full of really good players.
Stack Torbjorns on D on maps like Hanamura, Temple of Anubis and others and your win % goes way up.
I don't mind the balance, but the ult might charge too quick. And the range on the turrets is pretty fucking ridiculous.
Fixed that for you.
If Lucio's ultimate is charged and he uses Amp It Up, he can spike heal 770 HP in a 15 second period. Mercy can always heal 750 HP in 15 seconds and her ultimate can potentially revive and restore several thousands of HP to a dead team in 2 seconds. Zenyatta's ultimate heals 600 HP to surrounding teammates over the same amount of time Lucio's shield buff is active, but Zenyatta constantly heals instead of decaying over the 6 seconds and Zenyatta is immune to damage during that period.
If your team is shit, Lucio works better because of constant AoE healing with a boost of 35 HP every 12 seconds for 3 seconds, mobility and offensive strength. Mercy and Zenyatta are better if you have a competent team that pays attention to ultimate charges and knows how to not stand in front of bullets and find a healer when they're low on health.

zen also switches healing targets almost instantly, isn't constantly opening himself up to enemy fire to do so, and can defend himself from enemies without interrupting healing, with a weapon that actually deals damage.
