I always pick a healslut Mercy as my tyre bullying target.
Then I chase them around, watch them try to shoot it and fail, and eventually detonate it to kill them. But not before they feel despair.
I even broke a Mercy this way, whenever she saw my tyre coming she just stopped and stood there, waiting for the inevitable.

I know it's easy to say Torbjorn is fine cuz really good players can easily handle them, but this game isn't full of really good players.

Stack Torbjorns on D on maps like Hanamura, Temple of Anubis and others and your win % goes way up.

I don't mind the balance, but the ult might charge too quick. And the range on the turrets is pretty fucking ridiculous.
