Sounds like KY turned into shitty reality tv with "unexpected" character turns.

You can judge by reading the thread, it's still on the catalog.
But suddenly characters started to behave like fools, players started to pick worst choices to abort the session, the master trolled by never let happen a bad end (when we got a lot of them in past weeks with more logical choices) and starting calling unsuccessful loser people playing a quest on Veeky Forums 'cause the criticize him.

We had a shit session because of a meltdown in our plans. Lilly got killed by Shizune, Akira is going to kill us the next time she sees us and we've lost any chance of having a Dere ending. Now we have to settle for killing Shizune and getting a Not-As-Good/Neutral ending to the route.

It went exactly that way, but because the story to go this way.
We played all the time being full dere, or trying it, and we NEVER had a chance to do anything he told yesterday, like making other characters suicide, or poisoning them, or manipulating them.
Plus we got bad ends because we were dere, like last session.
And when we made plans, like being with Hisao, we NEVER had a chance to pursue them, every post someone stepped in our way.

Meanwhile our opponents were able to kill us in fights, to manipulate us and other people, to poison Lilly OFFSCREEN without us being there, shattering our alliance with Akira.

And we'll get a rape end or something similar.
