Did you get your CIA from CIAngel? Set CIAngel to Install CIA, it'll install once its done downloading.

Make sure you're trying to install the .cia file, and not a bin file or something.

Its just there , but cannot install my cia. I cannot do absolute nothing with FBI. No Network install , No QR code , not even install cia. archives.

When you set up emunand, you should've injected FBI into the Health and Safety app.

Finally got it working. Putting OTPHelper in the 3ds folder instead of the root fixed it. Fuckin kill me.

Can you use a memory card from another 3ds with luma and shit, and insert it to another 3ds? One of my 3ds broke and I want to use the memory card of the old one to my other 3ds. Will my games from my first 3ds be there if I use its memory card?

FBI needs to be installed to that, in which case, H&S is the only way.

i hope whatever tutorial you're using isn't telling you to use rxtools

it's literally "use decrypt9 to extract hs.app, tweak hs.app so it contains FBI instead (using Universal Inject Generator), then use decrypt9 to re-inject hs.app into the NAND you want to have FBI in.

i also recommend using that FBI to install DevMenu.cia, so you have two .cia installers in case some stupid shit happens to one of them (like if you tried updating one of them)

The KGB project (CFW in your NAND) got temporarily taken down from Github because he didn't actually complete it, and ShadowNAND is not actually a CFW, just a glorified A9LH install and doesn't actually allow booting without SD card.

Technically: Every WiFi receiver also has a built-in signal amplifier. If the signal you're receiving is too strong it will also get amplified, which overloads the hardware (no permanent damage AFAIK), which results in an unstable connection

If you generate a .tik file for a game, it will be the exact same .tik file someone else generates for the game. The tickets we generate are identical to the ones Nintendo installs when you legitimately purchase a game.

NTR works fine with 11.0 if you use a sane cfw.

Not exactly, you can test this by attempting to redownload a game that was installed via cia that had a bad ticket. It will fail at 99%. This is a problem because some games update by redownloading themselves, which also fails at 99%.
