Practice shift queueing whenever you have a quelling blade by killing a tree and shift queue to keep walking. Good practice when you have to go to another camp.
Options actually take care of the most common shift queue situation which is doing something immediately after tping.
If you euls yourself the next action even gets auto queued. Just order a blink and you will do those clutch escapes that somehow everyone cheers so much about. It's srsly piss easy to do.
Other than for specific heroes like ember or sand king I see not much use for shift queue aside from being like 2% more effective wile farming or showing off.
