Rift got away with it because their chemist class is some weird shit that uses a bow to launch potions or something. Thats the only one I know of.

Depends on the class and what you consider not soul draining.
Dungeons are great with a buddy. FATE's aren't bad either if you're on an active server.
I like Leve's for my crafting classes, gathering I just gather stuff to later use on the leves. Battle classes I tend to hop between guildhests, dungeons or FATE's depending on the secondary media, or what's going on otherwise.

Oh! you could also take a look at doing some of the other zones that you mightn't of touched during your first trip.

Literally dungeons. FATEs scale to last even longer than before, and are garbage. Levequests are garbage and both will take you a while compared to dungeons.
