You could use the CC to make a paypal account & use a stolen paypal account at the same time. The reason why you wouldn't use the same CC is imo you create a paper trail, and you limit yourself. When the CC is no longer usable, you still would want to have your ebay account for as long as possible, to lower seller fees, build feedback, etc. You want your ebay account to look legit. The amazon account is more disposable, easier to get a new one.
