Looks like either way, there isnt even a design for a ship that would fit into tier 10 naturally in the whole RN. The cruisers are interesting but the most advanced DD of RN's ww2 fleet doesnt even stack up to the tier 8s in game.

n3 at X wouldn't bother me that much along as it gets the 18in of citadel armor+belt. Also I don't know if they would dare give it 18in guns. They could also go for one of the lion upgrade/proposal/ successor projects. At 8 I'm expecting KGV. The guns aren't going to be great but the thing has tier 10 armor. Lion at t9 would be great because it's basically the iowa but better in every way but speed and about equal in AA. Nelson is probably going to be the 7 probably will play like an izumo at 7 but better in every way because better turret arcs.
