The Vigilants of Stendarr - outside of Vigilant, obviously - are kinda useless and serve no purpose. Still remember installing Dawnguard and finding out that they all died and that was that.

I don't think there is any mod that can change Morrowind's gameplay drasticly. If you don't like its vanilla form, changes are you won't like its modded form too.

It is not because I dislike them or find them unappealing or anything - I find Ilx, the new gingerfu, and Snakestone very attractive, but its harder for humans to inspire my creative writing. I just see this game as a high fantasy universe based in a northern reaches of Skyrim, so there this huge scope of characters and imaginative creatures and backgrounds you can explore...and I feel like so much of that is cheapened and lost when the main characters are humans. You have the ability to be so much more.
