That would be a completely different game. Add in starting with nothing but materials and the crew and cross-station interactions (trading, raids as a kind of procedural antag, etc.) and it could be fun as fuck though.

You used to be able to splat synth meat all over a borg endoskeleton to make a synth/android.

Try hardcoding the mute to match the crewmember's name or job title.
It takes a little more work and you have to be at the console to turn it on and off but you wont have to bother with radio commands and accidently saying your command over the general radio.
