What cultures should I nonviolently stamp out in V2?

Yanks are probably one of the hardest to eliminate, alongside their cousins the Germans, because of high population, good literacy and starting industry bases.

Should be doable but it's probably going to take a fair bit of work.

If I crush them I can't use their starting unemployment to get extra factories up for better emigration numbers down the line.

Should I bother trying to fill Asian colonies or just focus on crushing the New World?

Just focus on the New World, I would say even go as far as releasing your other colonies. That's also likely better for them in the long run, independent Australia and New Zealand will have tons more immigrants than as colonies, and Australia especially can easily become a secondary power as your dominion. South Africa, if you release that later, can also easily become a secondary power. Hold onto Canada though, keep the New World under your firm grasp.

I think I'll hand my African ports and islands to France, take France's New World holdings, release the Indians as a bunch of useless satellites, give the Malays to the Dutch and give South Africa to Natalia.

Australia and New Zealand would probably end up stronger as satellites, but they're still technically part of the New World and New Zealand gets British cores.
