Honest question , what is the deal with phantom assassin? Why does she exist? Doesn't it seem kinda too easy to pwn with her? You get your match ruined because someone fed her and she is too easy to get fed.
How do you cope with this? How to prevent people to ruin your whole game by dying 5 times to PA within 4 minutes?

No, he got nerfed a lot and people thaught hes absolutely dumpstered, when in reality it only nerfed midas a little and removed the rapoer build.
His early game and other carry builds have been buffed though so hes still fine.

The only thing significantly worse about him now is the scaling astral range. He's still great mid to late against heroes with high armor / illusions.

Literally every counter you listed only counters her evasion and forces enemy cores to go for items they normally wouldnt which means they lack other core items.

This desu. PA has been indirectly nerfed over and over and over. Break was really the final nail in the coffin, gives any carry in the game the ability to fight her 1v1

MKB isn't that huge of a deal to have to get anymore since Abyssal was gutted, counters PA and Solar Crest, Radiance burn miss, provides decent damage. Ever notice how much a nonfactor becomes once the enemy carry has a MKB and they start fighting each other.

ritsu is a god tier morphling player, if hes in a game of nel hes probably playing morphling
i also remember sylar being a god tier morphling

watch ti4 sylar, its basically the same as it is now. he's really not that meta anymore because he does farm slow, but he's a really effective splitpusher

For support, I gradually build guardian greaves while focusing on a Midas.

I usually do arcanes-Midas-mek-force/blink-gg-hex.

A bottle or salve or mangoes is nice to keep on you because you can duplicate then.

Support warden just focuses on vision and purges with his wraiths, and applying solid disabled with flux. Mag field can save heroes sometimes.

Double force staff with the double is also really nice.

Also his early game in general has been buffed real hard. His stat growth was improved a lot, so his fragility goes away quickly. This allows for him to carry more comfortably, at the cost having no rapier build or insane Midas/bkb/whatever exploit.

Silver Edge is literally "PA Counter: The Item" and her dagger does fucking nothing in terms of harass or damage till level 15 or so

It doesn't work if the target is already spell inmune, but once affected by it, you cannot dispell it

Alright ill give in to the dispell one i forgot about that change, still it doesnt work on bkb and as a pa with long range initiation and a bkb ready i dont give a fuck about silver edges.

You can get ganked on any hero without any silver edge on the enemy team. That doesnt make pa bad. If you get initiated on by a silver edge hit to start off a teamfight you shouldve bought sentries senpai.

We were arguing if Silver Edge was a good PA counter, and indeed it is, does it make PA a bad hero? Not necessarily. But you can't argue against how popular it is, and it certainly makes PA a worse hero because of it, just a thought

dude, you can only put like 1-2 lvls into his orb now unless you are always draining int from enemy heroes or have 2k~ mana, he farms really slowly like that.
but maybe thats the way to go, use astral for farming since it deals 300 dmg at a decent cd anyways.

Reminder that you can chance camera zoom distance simply by:

1. Download notepad++
2. Go to Steam\SteamApps\common\dota2 beta\game\dota\bin\win64 and win32
3. Open both client files with notepad++
4. Control F search for 1134
5. Replace this value with yours, that's the default. (1500 is nice)
6. Save
7. You will have to redo this every patch

On a hero that relies on evasion to survive, yeah, it seems to pretty worthless to me. Also, Silver Edge break attack cannot miss, so yeah, no RNGesus to save you

You could honestly make the same assumption about almost any carry with passives. What the fuck is that reasoning.
Also it doesnt work on bkb, lasts only 5 seconds which, should you really get hit because you cant into detection, can still easily be survived with a bkb and some armor. You usually have damage block or armor or both from abyssal blade/hotd/whatever.
You also need to understand that an enemy spent 5k gold and gave up a whole core item to MAYBE be able to counter you for 5 seconds.
