The things you listed are the only major ones I can think of that warrant inclusion in an FAQ.
Need textures? Just get the hardlinker.
Installing mods? Get AA2Install instead of the wizzard?
AAFace Errors? Download both 32-bit and 64-bit C++ packages or whatever.

It is a tool for everyone. Mod creators benefit from knowing what slots have outfits in the them, but non-modders benefit from a list of every outfit with links to where to download them if they're publicly available.
