Always depends on the raid. Mihawk is useful most of the time for his 30% cut though, and GPU for whatever. Even if you have LL, you'll need to know what to do with him and can't be completely retarded for some of the actually difficult raids.

i'll add a bit to my previous post str raids suck shit and for colo you pretty much need boa or marco qck works with doffy fine dex are easy as fuck use anything
make sure you dip on those boosts or your hits will be underwhelming. he feels kinda rare recruit reliant a good amount of the time but he works with anything
as someone who has pretty much maxed him out seriously iron out the feel of the animations for the units you use. really don't recommend hitting up raids until you have a fraction of that shit down. definitely lost a few doffies to tap fuckups so don't go in gung ho
