alot of the more experienced people are probably quitting or going to QM due to the further retardation of Ranked matchmaking. I'm not seeing alot of the better players playing anymore and alot of people's ranked seem to stagnated, I'm not really seeing people move up or down anymore.

This. I'm 3500 mmr in diamond 1 and constantly matched with 2900-3200 shitters in diamond 3. It's the worst.

Probably going to quit playing HOTS altogether soon. Everyone is terrible at this game.

Same here (been close to master a lot but just haven't gotten there yet, getting closer last few days) And I'm just sticking to QM. Most people play it and it's far easier/faster to get into.

Whenever I play, I only really soloqueue QM or teamstack with my gf and/or friends. I tried in Ranked, but it's really just a uphill battle that's not worth it. Shame too, I really wanted that Epic Lizard mount.

Buddy, I think damage is "meaningful" enough as-is.
The idea is meant to shift some of the focus off the health fountain and towards gathering globes, encouraging globe denial and resulting in more fights.

Reg Master -> Amplified Healing -> Zealotry -> Sancti -> Imposing Will -> Holy Ground -> Hardened Shield

Occasionally the shield or smite talent on lvl 1 and sometimes blood for blood.
