You can randomly get them from bronze chests, but I only got one from a chest on floor 48. You're guaranteed to get one each time you clear the 50th floor, though.

i think someone i ran with got one as an extremely rare drop, they had two when we cleared 50 for the first time. other than that clearing 50 is the only guaranteed drop.
