Can anyone help me? Anytime i open my launcher i'm met with "Black Desert Online Launcher has stopped working". I mean the launcher won't even pop up. I'm just met with the "now loading" screen and then i get that pop up.
I've tried the whole disable everything in your lan settings but it still crashes. Anyone have any ideas?

Repair Game Files

To attempt a repair you just need to do the following.

- Go to the Black Desert Online installation folder.
- Rename the following file: version.dat to config.filecheck
- Restart the launcher and it will repair your game files

Might work.

Join a guild or clique of non-retarded people. Find a community that isn't filled with meme-loving, autistic degenerates or the opposite if that's your thing. Guild hop if you have to.
If you can't find any, start one yourself, pick out people you like or even don't dislike among individuals you've already met and invite them or something. All MMOs are shit, get used to it. The only thing that makes them fun is that you have people to interact and play with. Grinding is less boring when you're talking to other people and listening to music. Having common tastes/interests helps. example: anie mays

Second to community is to set goals. Short term and long term.
Short term goals could be gearing, winning a node, etc. Long term would be getting to a point in stat power that you over-take players from top guilds in arenas or guild wars; something along those lines.

Probably should have said accepted. When the game was up for about 3 weeks, I made a guild with one of my friends and we called it Gold Experience. Nobody joined, and we kind of gave up at that point.

I can't get invested into an mmo if I don't have a group/guild. Without the social aspect, playing it just makes the experience feel kind of empty since I can actually see other people around me and watch them pass me by.

My game suddenly started freezing for some weird reason, usually happens like 5 mins or so but can happen later at random, all I'm trying to do is fish...
