Party girls sells Bubbles, which are useful, and decorations such as the Smoke blocks and Lava lamp.
Even without these, she sells Happy grenades, which alone makes her more useful than Stylist.

Party girl > Stylist

"releasing" means only one thing: that they no longer have the obligation to keep working on it. "Releasing" means fucking nothing with early access.

The tax collector would be good if the money gained wasn't so minimal. You're better of earning money by killing pirates.

10 gold that takes at minimum an hour and a half to accrue is not in any way significant at the point you get him, especially since the game practically shits gold all over you from the word go since 1.3.

Except the useless bugger doesn't tell me what I can craft with, say, a modded crafting station. And of course, the mod author is too fucking braindead to list it anywhere.

No, Stylist is still the most useless. Tax Collector gives you money, which is practical, no matter how little it is. Stylist does NOTHING practical at all.

Clothier comes close, and would be as useless, were it not for the fact you can use him to re-summon Skeletron
