All of those devices have the charging circuit as well as the low-voltage cutoff protection as part of the device itself, not the battery. Hooking up a phone LiPo to a charging system not made for those batteries will ruin it, just like slapping a LiPo into a motorcycle with a charging system designed for lead acid batteries.
