What is this semen demon?

Renault Fuego Turbo

Didn't that one have the weird vacuum system clutch with no pedal but a switch on top of the gear lever?
Also, wasn't the wankel engine considered a huge turd?

The car was terrible, but only for being so ambitious and ahead of it's time.

About 30km away from me lives a refugee nigger who owns one bought with welfare money

Probably a bit more popular since Jay just refeatured it.

Buddy's parents had one of those when I was in college. The clutch top rattled and leaked, it buzzed and rattled inside, the door panels were falling off, and the thing was slow.

It was 5 years old. French POS. There is a reason we don't sell French cars in the US anymore. We'd nuke them today.

*cloth top rattled

Fuck you autocorrect

That's because US market ones were manufactured in South America and were pieces of shit, just like every product sold to Americans.

Euro Turbos were fantastic

Ford fucked up with this one...

i wish i could fit in one sadly im 1.90m

That's a Sierra, those things, especially the base models, used to be extremely common in EU, but they all either blew up or rusted away.

The turbo ones blew up before they managed to rust away

looks like a squished 240sx

Alfa's are overrated as hell when it comes to looks, Especially with that triangle grill shit, Do people actually think that looks good?

Yeah, it does, It's called taste

There's some guy who DD's a Sierra wagon around where I live.

my dad had a silver one of these when I was a kid. he had it through the 90's into the very early 00's. no idea how he managed to snag one here in the states, even with their american distributor these were rare.

of course, it always had problems, and dad was always tinkering with it.

and always losing parts. we'd leave a cousins house and he'd call saying "hey uncle, you left a piece of the car behind!"

also since it was a foreign car, and buying parts online wasnt a thing yet, it became a costly affair to keep going. He'd go to a specialty mechanic quite a distance away who specialized in foreign cars, who knew him and mom specifically as "Mr and Mrs Fuego". So he traded it in at Ford for a late 90's Escort wagon. which was not a bad car itself. maximum comfy that wagon was.

these days, I get the feeling none exist in the US anymore except for maybe 1 in some collector's garage

...

Those were fucking brilliant in comparison to the Domestijunk, like everything developed by Ford of Europe. Ford only fucked up the marketing.

They're still about, and reasonably cheap. One near me was up for sale for £1200 a few months back. 1.6CVH 3 door hatch. Gone in about a week.

alfas of the last 20 years have had strange proportions.

moron

So just like most cars dating back to the 80s...
