New E is barrels which you can chain for massive damage. He is less of a bruiser like he was before and more of a squishy battle mage lategame

Nowadays his early game is shit and you are pretty much just playing to reach level 13/2 item powerspike. once you reach that you are broken as fuck. So farm farm farm til about 25 minutes and learn to use your barrels efficiently as possible because if you only get 5ish in a teamfight so if you miss one combo you can lose your team the game.

Ok, I just played a game of Anivia, and how is she not op? Her e is amazing, she has a built in non ulti area stun with huge scaling, her ult is an infinite DOT, her passive is literally a life saver, and her w is great for keeping people away/close.

Only problem I see is its a bit mana intensive, 3 trades and I was out, but I went tear not chalice. Tear seems for a large burst like team fight to hold ult longer and chalice is in lane for the sustain.
