My local 7/11 has free coffee and like half of what your average Starbucks or Panera menu would have, the foods not bad either and they always keep it really clean

Welcome Break has an annoying tendency to be shit. They've gone upmarket, with a Waitrose and people shopping there. Hard seats, long queues, rats in the car park.
Westmoreland Farm Shop on the M6 is great for breakfast, but avoid at any other time of the day because, again, it's full of fucking shoppers.
Their breakfast is god tier, though, and the toilets are spacious and clean.
Honestly, most motorway services are fucking awful. I only stop at them if I flat-out need to eat or take a piss.
If it isn't urgent, it can wait until I get there, or I can find a Tesco.
