IIRC no. He's always got that attitude but he does fight on your side at times near the end of the ARC questline. He's a dickhole but he's got some sense enough to not just be a stick in the butt mcasshole all the time.

Yeah, I'm not sure if that's a bug, or just how the lighting in the preview screen works. But it looks like ass either way.

The 50+ floors are almost guaranteed to be worse then 1-50.

Either it's going to continue to be at its current difficulty level, and it'll just be the same thing as now except without the moderately-entertaining process of getting a fast-tracked leveling curve and gradually unlocking your skills, and with obsolete gear rewards (because even if they let you get an improved Aetherpool weapon, they're not going to let it be as good as any of the actual 3.4-exclusive progression stuff).

Or they're going to make it more difficult, and it's going to lose the one thing about it that's actually fun, which is that it's totally viable to do as a 1-2 man party, or an all-DPS composition, and things like that, instead of One Tank One Healer Two DPS. And the gear will still be obsolete.

Diadem did not work. Hunts have large glaring issues. Fates are terrible. Open world dungeons would not work.

At this point, this general is supporting itself solely on memes.

Some are awful like the ones that simply have a bunch of trash spawn for no real reason but a lot of them add up livelihood to the overworld and even help explaining the lore for that area. Without fates the overworld would be empty as fuck.

No offense intended but... how do you manage to have your DPS be this low?
I was able to kill the A8S dummy with a Sephirot weapon already and I'm by no means a godly DRG. You must be missing out on some basic fundamentals to be unable to beat the Nidhogg dummy which has even less health, with an i235 weapon.
Have you tried looking up some guides, and actually reading all of it? And I don't mean just reading the opener part and then calling it a day, read the whole thing.

Whereas with FATES, the overworld is empty as fuck except with a random chance that the braindead, nonthreatening trash mobs are going to be really densely packed into a few specific areas.
