There most likely was a video. If he lievestreamed it on Nicovideo, the stream was archived for one week and the vod has been seen by hundreds. That is as much proof as anyone can ask for. If there is no proof of that time then there is no way ro prove it happened. That is why we record runs and have that as standard proof. It's not a hard concept.

If you fail to provide a video, there is no proof. It's not a hard standard to live up to and makes logical sense, unlike taking someones word for it.

Videos can be spliced so easily. We should require runs to be done live at events like GDQ or ESA to count as world records. Just like in real sports, where Usain Bolt can not just upload a video from his training track and call that the record There would be almost no Asian world records left, but fuck them, right?
