I can't connect to my Google account from outside.
It only works if I start my game on WiFi and then switch en route.
But if I lose connection then I'm fucked and I get pic related whenever I try to connect without WiFi.

I got a Sony Xperia and most of the time it's on 4G.

I don't get it, can anyone help me?

Try manually logging out through settings, then when you're at the stray screen, delete your Google account.
After you've done that, relog and try to login with Google again.
