Torbjorn mainly just needs quality of life changes and improvements that make him interesting again.
Torbjorn is not meant to have mobility but his survivability should be increased.

Make it so the turret does not need to be at max health to upgrade it but it retains any damage taken.
Increase the damage of the level 1 turret.
Turret now slows enemies it hits slightly.

>Armour
Holding down armor pack causes him to build a large Armour pack (simaler to a health pack) that gives 150 armour which degrades over time, costs 100 scrap.

>Guns
Increase the rate of fire of torbjorns weapons slightly, the bullet drop is fine.

>Hammer
Damage caused by hammer gives 1.5 - 2x the amount of ult charge.

I think the problem he had is that he made snipers useless. But snipers are already fucking useless anyway, mobility is everytihng and snipers are slow as fuck, mcree didn't make them useless, they did.

The only people still playing him are either brand new players or the dedicated weebs that have achieved master level with him.

but his guns and health are fine. It's his skills (Turret and Armourpack) that are too weak currently. The damage a lvl2 turret does is fine, except it dies incredibly quickly to a competant team. This would be fine if it wernt that settingup requires you to already be winning the area AND takes a lot of time.

maybe at best torbjorn needs more health, but honestly he and his turret are just not survivable enough without a molten core.

They clearly saw the issue with people stacking Winston/Tracer/Lucio because they put in one hero limit, I have no idea how any human being paid a salary to balance a game looks at that, acknowledges that it's a problem and SOMEHOW DOESN'T MAKE THE CONNECTION that just maybe the game's design heavily favors heroes with mobility.

Reason why bastion is one of the worst characters in the game and genji is one of the best. Best way of not getting killed is not getting hit. Moblity is incredibly important.

Most of the people that want the mcreee nerf don't even get the negatives of his long range, they play at around rank 50 where it's rare to see a mcree with brilliant aim that can insta snipe people. But going the E+FTH route just makes him skilless.
