1k-1.6k means I can rely on them to click on tanks, and at least somewhat back me up.
1.6k-2.2k means I can rely on them, and they're able to carry.
2.2k+ means they're probably going to prevent me from doing much damage if we're winning, but they'll carry if we're losing.
So I guess 1k WN8 is where I go "okay this guy knows where his mouse is located".

Did some PzIII testing with uncle Dolan.
I equipped the short 5cm, he equipped the long one.
When I shot him dead-on into the upper plate with the short 5cm (60 pen), it showed as green but only penned 1 out of 9 times.
When he shot me with the long 5cm, he penned me 3 out of 10 times.
The hull armor stat displays 50 mm, but it appears to be 50mm + 20 mm spaced armor on the upper plate now.
So on the plus side of the HD rework we've got properly spaced armor and better depression, on the other hand we do have a bigger weakspot right above the driver viewport, though.
